Our returns and refund policy lasts for 07 days from the date of delivery of the package.

We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and services.

There may be times when you need to return your online purchase. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you in returning your product.

Our products can be returned within 07 days of the original delivery of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Branded Handbags are strictly Not Returnable. No exchange or refund is provided for these items, as these items are very delicate to shipping and can not be restocked in re-sellable condition.

When to return a product?

We offer you a replacement, credit, or refund where products have a major failure, such as:

  • When they are faulty or damaged on arrival
  • Different from what is shown on the website

Where to return a product?

You can initiate the return process by sending an email to Help@BagBea.com Our returns department will send you a prepaid return shipping label. (any products shipped from Chinese warehouses are not eligible for prepaid return shipping labels)

What information do I need to return a product?

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 07 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You obtained a return shipping label from us. (do not mail the parcel back without initiating the return)

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return, we will be happy to help you. We offer 07 days of Free returns.

  • Full Refund: We are happy to offer you a full refund of your purchased product provided

(a) we received the product within 07 days of receipt of purchase,

(b) items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition

(c) all tags must be attached and original packaging must be included.

(d) product received damaged or not as described.

  • Partial or no Refund: Any items received between 07- 10 days after the receipt of purchase will be issued a partial refund. A 10% fee is added if the return has been initiated after 07 days of receipt of the package and will be deducted from the final refund. Items received later than 07 days will not be eligible for return or refund. In case of incorrect delivery and/or unintentional purchase, the buyer does not have the right to claim for either a return or refund.
  • Shipping cost on returns: All returns are Free and we send a prepaid return shipping label. We will send a return label via email, however, the final refund will be only issued once the package has been approved after inspection at our warehouse.
  • Damaged/Used/Defective Products: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure we get the product in re-sellable condition. In case of receiving damaged/defective/used products as return, we reserve the right to annul the return claim whilst keeping the full price of the sold product.
  • Wrong/Damaged Item Delivery: In cases when the received item is not as shown on our store or is damaged during transit. The buyer is eligible for free returns and a full refund within 07 days return window.

Returns without any valid reason:

if there is no valid reason for your return. valid reasons include

a) product is damaged

b) product is not as shown

If the product does not lie within the above-given reasons, your return will be subject to a 15% restocking Fee. any shipping paid for the package will not be returned, and the buyer will have to bear the return shipping costs as well.

Instruction for preparing the return:

Please keep in mind the following things while preparing your return:

  • Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping.
  • Please use our provided return label, as packages sent without our return label will be refused and ineligible for refund or store credit.
  • Our support team will send you detailed instructions about dropping your package to your nearest UPS/USPS office.

Refunds

How long does it take to get the refund?

Your refund will be processed once your product has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider (e.g. Paypal).

Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending on the banking system and holidays.

Cancellation: 

For canceling your order, you should email Help@BagBea.com within 6 hours of placing the order. All orders are shipped in 6-24 hours' time and once shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. In cases the cancellation is received after 6 hours and the package has been shipped, the buyer will be charged restocking fees and return shipping fees @ 10% of the order total or $15 whichever is larger.
